I try to be as descriptive as possible in the description, so you know exactly what you are getting. Long-distance design is difficult, but I've done it long enough where I have picked up some tricks to ease the way. Each item's description page will let you know materials used, design specs, item care, price, variations, and processing time. Still don't see what you want to know? Contact me.
Placing an order should be as simple as 1-2-3. Select your variations and put your item in your cart, when you are ready review your cart and make sure you have everything, and checkout using your credit card. Shipping and tax (for the state of Florida) are automatically calculated.
Since I have such a wide variety of items that I make and sell, each item will have it's own processing time listed on it's designated item page.
Whether I make it in my studio and send or one of my vendors manufactures your item for me, most of my items are made to order and take time to process.
Your security and privacy are as important to me as mine is, so know that every proof that I have to print out is shredded and I never keep credit card information on file.
Because of a difference in business practices, I no longer accept PayPal as a payment option. My credit card processor, however, accepts a wide variety of cards.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because most of my work is custom and my proofing system is so extensive, I only offer refunds or exchanges on damaged items. If you receive a physical item from me that is damaged or incorrect, please contact me immediately for us to find a solution together.
For custom-designed projects, you are welcome to cancel our working relationship at any time during the process for any reason, but any moneys paid for work performed already will not be refunded.

Standard shipping within the United States is FREE.
For items less than $10 in price, standard shipping means stamped mail without tracking. Standard shipping with tracking is available for an upgraded price of $3. Priority and Expedited shipping upgrades are available at checkout, which adjusts transit time not processing time.
I ship worldwide!
Shipping outside of the United States is calculated by item weight and will be calculated at checkout. Canadian rates are less, but Canadian addresses often require duties, tarrifs, or fees.
NOTE: Lisa Kay Designs is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees levied on packages once they have left the United States. Each country has different methods of determining when and how much fee or tax charged on imported items. If your customs center determines a tax, fee, or duty is due on your package, you will have to pay all moneys due before they will release the package to you.
Tracking information (when available) will be provided when the order is fulfilled, so both of us can find out where your package is at all times. Any stamped items sent without tracking is not the responsibility of sender, so any items lost in transit will not be replaced or re-sent.
I take your privacy as seriously as I take my own. I keep design files for one year then destroy anything with personal information (including event addresses and RSVP phone numbers, etc). Any proofs printed with your information on them are either shredded or burned, depending on the time of year. Florida gets pretty hot, so I only burn in the "winter".
If you request for me to remove your customer information from my files, I'll do so securely and immediately.
I collect the following types of personal information from you: your name, address, email, phone number, and billing information including amounts paid as well as IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device. "Cookies" are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring / exit pages, and date / time stamps. "Web beacons," "tags," and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
I use the personal information I collect from you to communicate with you, and I never sell your information to a third party or share with a party not affiliated with the completion of your order.
I may share your personal information with suppliers that I partner with strictly to fulfill orders. Finally, I may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information I receive, or to otherwise protect my rights.
When you place an order through the Site, I will maintain your Order Information for my records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. I never retain credit card numbers or billing information, as that information is processed and stored through our payment processor providers.

Don't worry, the horrible smell is totally normal - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
The water-soluble and eco-friendly fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
